Wheatley Associates, founded in 1980 by husband and wife team, Gary and Kathy Wheatley is a multi-award winning residential remodeler. Through the years, several thousand 3500 clients have been successfully guided through the remodeling process. Offering the services of Design + Build, Wheatley has marshaled a professional team including a licensed architect (AIA), certified interior designer (CSID), certified kitchen and bath planner (CKBD), certified cabinet space planner and a registered landscape architect (RLA)—all to be utilized as clients needs and desires dictate.

In 2004 a Home Disaster Restoration Division was started helping both residential and commercial owners restore their spaces after an insurance covered casualty (i.e. fire, flood, wind, tree, hurricane damage, etc). A former insurance adjuster is on staff to work with the insurance carrier’s claims adjuster to help owners receive a fair reimbursement for damages incurred.

In 2007 Wheatley recognized the shortage in the market place for contractors willing to perform smaller repairs, and Wheatley Home Services Division was started. Perfect for families too busy or unable to make repairs themselves, this work is generally completed on an hourly basis.
