Since 1980 Wheatley Associates has guided over 3,000 clients through their remodeling project successfully. Projects range in cost from a few hundred dollars to in excess of one million. Our projects include design+remodel additions, independent architect additions and alterations, windows and doors, kitchens, bathrooms, basement and garage conversions, mastersuites, outdoor living spaces, whole house remodels and just about any residential remodeling service.

Each client is important to us regardless of the project size or complexity, and each receives our undivided attention.

Our warranty covers two years (twice that of Maryland law) on all materials and workmanship excluding manufacture's warranties; and five years on major structural elements. A copy of our written warranty will be provided to you.

Stop in our newly renovated historic office in Monkton for a hands-on sampling of our work. Located at 16928 York Road, we restored a c. 1876 log cabin residence into our new 3000 sq. ft. office/shop location.

design & remodel

Wheatley Associates offers design+remodel services. This process combines our extensive experience and expertise in construction with the talents and skills of other team professionals: a licensed architect (AIA), a certified interior designer (CSID), a certified kitchen and bath planner (CKBP), a certified cabinet space planner and a registered landscape architect (RLA). A teaming of professionals upfront produces the best finished project.

These services are available at our clients' discretion for as much input as they deem necessary.
